Humboldt Artisans works hard to ensure quality in all levels of its business. We provide both a Sales Order and an Invoice to our customers before we ship any order. In the event that a customer receives an order in compliance with these two items and requests a return, we will process returns for credit only with shipping costs paid by the customer.
In the event that Humboldt Artisans Group ships a non compliant order or errs on a shipment we are committed to making this error 100% right with our customers, at complete cost to us, AS LONG AS Humboldt Artisans groups is notified within 5 calendar days of the received shipment.
